Strengthening /expending the retail outlet network by Identifying
potential
investors / franchisees in the respective territory
- Achieving the business plan/ sales and collection targets in coordination
with the sales team and the retail entrepreneurs
- Educating the identified investors on the business format , return
on
investment and the modus operandi of entering into an agreement
- Ensuring that the outlets are opened within the stipulated time
as
mentioned in the agreement .
- Making the sales forecast with relation to specific products ,
specific
brands and segregate the target outlet wise .
- Executing and managing a budget and ensuring optimum profitability
by
monitoring the sales activities .
- Warehouse coordination on a regular basis to know the stock levels
of
products and brands
- Ensuring all products are supplied to the outlets as per the indents
- Ensuring proper implementation of the promotional activities and
the
customer loyalty programs.
- Coordinating the task of collection , tracking of outstanding
,scheme
benefits , special offers etc with respective authorities
.
- Addressing the customer grievances through proper follow-up with
the
respective brands
- Hiring , training and developing and motivating the sales and
operation
team and the retail outlet entrepreneurs from time to
time .
- Educating the sales team with regards to product and scheme
knowledge ,job descriptions etc to ensure high levels of commitment
for
achieving the goals .
