Designation: Sr. Manager/AGM, Design & Development, Washing Machine

Location:Aurangabad (Head Office)

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualisation, Design and Development of Automatic and Semi Automatic
  Washing Machines based on worldwide market research / trends.
  
• Preparation of Design Concepts. 
  
• Presentation of concepts / styling to the Management, on approval preparation of renderings (4 –5 for each concept) 
  
• Shortlist renderings after discussions with Marketing and Manufacturing. 
  
• Preparation of prototypes and finalisation of design. Consequently preparation of 3D form drawings. 
  
• Finalisation of aesthetics, colour schemes, decorative parts and screen-printing.       
• Inspection of 3D drawings before release for part making and inspection of parts and final product. 
  
• Vendor identification and development for sourcing of components. 
  
• Active association with Engineering and Manufacturing departments for development 
  and launch of new products. 
  
• To suggest and implement improvements in existing product range for increased 
  productivity / performance/ reduction in number of parts and operations. 
  
• To maintain constant interaction with Marketing, Sales, Customer Care and 
  manufacturing divisions for their feedback and understanding their requirements. 
  
• Develop a most modern Washing Machine Design Centre with the best equipment and 
  technology. 
  
• Develop a vibrant and innovative design and development team. 
  
• Develop requisite tools for the developed models. 
  

Qualifications : Engineering Graduate with diploma/knowledge of PRO-E / Autocad / Unigraphics.

Age : Below 40 years.
