Designation: Functional Head-Portal

Location:Aurangabad (Head Office)

Responsibilities:
Majorly involved in development/ improvement 
              and implementation of the Sales Force Automation (SFA) portal.

              Ideating new requirements (Research on 
              new work flow processes in the industry)

              Generation of Flow documents of new features 
              and logic definition. 

              Usability of the features.

              Co-ordination with all departments within 
              the company to ensure that all features, information is current 
              at all times. 

              Providing support and taking final decisions 
              wrt features and new additions to functional heads of other departments.

              Training of users 

              Co-ordination with SAP functional and 
              the consultant for development / integration testing and roll out 
              of the SAP interface.

              Co-ordination with the consultants for 
              development / integration testing and roll out of the newer modules.

              Ideating /testing / rollout of Dealer 
              Management System within the SFA , Knowledge Management System.

              Co-ordination with the IDC and ensuring 
              that the server and connectivity are functioning as per our requirement.

              Optimize the cost effectiveness of running 
              the SFA system.

Required_skills:
Working Knowledge of Applications & Portals (at least headed one portal / Major Application lifecycle development and support ).
Working knowledge of web technologies and database design.
Analytical skills
Excellent Communication skills for training users
Business acumen

Qualifications : 4-5 years experience in web design and portal database management for functional head

Age : Age Group – 27 to 32 years)
