Free Service Camp at
Gwalior
A service
camp of free checkup of air-conditions at site was organised at Gwalior on
July 14 & 15 which was inaugurated by Mr. Ram Niwas, DIG, Gwalior. Free
collection and delivery of the air-conditions, a special discount on spares,
and on the Annual Maintenance Contract – created a tremendous goodwill
and reaffirmed that Videocon truly cares for its customers.

engineers attended an intensive training programme on Dishwasher which was
conducted from August 22 to 24 at Videocon Appliances Limited,
Aurangabad.

Free Service Camp at
Pune
A free service
camp for refrigerators was held at Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad from September
18 to 21. Free service and spares at discount created tremendous customer
goodwill and reinforced confidence of customers in Videocon's commitment
to customer care. Press publicity, banner and handbills promoted the camp.
Videocon staff put on specially designed free care caps on the occasion.
The Pune city camp was held at Videocon Care Centre, while the Pimpri-Chinchwad
camp was held at Ankit Sales Corporation, Kasarwadi.

Dealer training
programme for Home Appliances sub-dealers from the GT Road area was held
on August 19, at Hotel Jewels, Karnal. The participants were given a
comprehensive training on product features and benefits of Videocon Home
Appliances range.
